Organizational Development
When engaging in Organizational Development work, we go to the heart of an organization, the people who work there and give it life. Carrie starts her work at the senior leadership level and turns over stones to learn what is working and going well in the culture. With an experienced ear and heart, the culture of an organization is formed by the people giving their hearts and souls to the work and the processes then create to build sustained impact.
To bring about true transformation, there needs to be an alignment of behavior with the desired culture. Unpacking behaviors and motivations behind them takes a skilled hand. Carrie is uniquely positioned to guide your organization through this process and enable your company to unite and have the greatest impact.

Coaching
Many of us are looking for “something more”. That could be in the form of a specific set of goals, or simply an unearthed desire for change—a spark of adventure that inspires you to seek. Picture a map facing you at a park entrance. Envision the “you are here” star. It serves to orient you, to show you an elevated view of that spot in relation to your path and destination. Gaining that understanding requires perspective. How can we form that aerial perspective—in our lives and in our careers—when we are on the ground, in the thick of it? And, even if we know where we want to go, do we really feel equipped to get there? What is getting in the way? You will walk away from this coaching experience with your true north mapped out and will fully engage with your very own compass.
This is precisely where strength-based coaching comes in.
KIND WORDS
“I trust everything about Carrie, including her sensibilities. I trust Carrie, implicitly.“

There is much to do in the everydayness of our lives. Of all that we accomplish, there is little time for introspection and self-reflection. If we are being honest, there’s little time for “self” altogether. How do you “hit pause”? How do you fill back up, recharge? When going-going-going, when do you heal? How do you grow? Those questions were the very thing that sparked the creation of Drop Below the Surface Retreats with Tracy and Carrie. Experience adventure and renewal in the beauty of nature as you explore personal possibilities for your now and next.
Explore your own mind, body, and spirit and lean into your strengths through a series of prompts, rich conversations, journaling, and nature-inspired activities. We will tune into our five senses and consider new ways to move through the world. Spending time both indoors and out, we’ll be casual and comfortable as we walk, talk, laugh, and imagine during our time together.
